What do you do in 24hrs?

Do your clothes balance your lifestyle?

Do you have lots of party clothes but don't go out anymore because your lifestyle has changed?

Like colour and style there are many reasons we need to give our wardrobe a workout. After all it is an investment that speaks volumes about the type of person you are. What do your drawers look like? Wouldn't you be embarrassed if Ant & Dec appeared at your door and asked to see in your knickers drawer and three million viewers were watching. It can be arranged you know. Only kidding.

Take a good look at your lifestyle and job and ask yourself if they warrant what's in your wardrobe.

My aim is to rescue as much as we can. If you look after your clothes they will last longer.

•  Allow your clothes to rest and breath between wear, this will help regain shape.

•  Always allow time for perfume, aftershave, deodorants to dry before dressing. Chemicals can damage fibres.

•  Empty pockets and fasten buttons.

•  Do not cover clothes. If you cannot see them you might not wear them.
